Description

The client is looking for a Legal expert within Data Privacy and Bank sector. The assignment starts with the Standard Contractual Clauses “SCC template”, as a basis. The legal expert shall review the template and thereafter produce a draft version more adapted to the clients business.

The client needs the legal expert to develop a separate document with comments regarding the writings about third country transfers and a guide on how to use these in the best way, as discussed at the meetings.

Such would also include a list of contractual supplementary measures that can be added (it is usually more of a checklist regarding what the provider offers rather than standardized writings to use in a bank of templates, but it usually makes it easier for the one who negotiates the agreement and when doing a TIA).

Throughout the assignment period the legal expert should also support in Data Privacy negotiations at request of business units and divisions. Update agreements and advice, working closely to the business.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Legal expert within Data Privacy (GDPR) and Bank sector - minimum 5y experience
- Experience of conducting workshops with key stakeholders within large organizations
- Has reviewed and created business adapted version of the SCC template before
- Fluent in English and Swedish
