Your.Rentals is now looking for a “LEO Lead” to develop processes, analyses and coach a team to optimise short-term rental online listings.
LEO or “Listing Engagement Optimisation” is our process of improving short-term rental property pages on online travel agency “OTA” sites like Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, through optimising content, amenities, photos, pricing and booking rules to maximise booking conversion and revenue generation.
You will provide a valuable service to our customers by working closely with our customer facing teams and will join a growing international team in our offices in Malmö and Hanoi.
What will I be doing?
As a LEO Lead you will develop workflows, conduct research, perform testing, build reporting, influence product features and evaluate the results of LEO activities.
Your mission will be to own the research and the discovery phase of new projects to develop processes to optimise listings based on online travel trends and market data to maximise the conversion of listings.
The workday will be spent mostly by planning, developing, coaching and keeping track of the metrics of LEO activities in all OTAs. You will also be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting the large set of data to support the decision-making process in the early stage.
Initiate research and discovery to identify metrics to make higher property page scores in all relevant OTAs.
Ensure data scientist and analyst colleagues are well briefed on analytical requirements to support this research.
Plan which metrics can be positively influenced and create guidelines and processes for LEO team members.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in our system.
Create, develop, and track improvement metrics in our dashboard to measure the impact of LEO activities.
Guide the work of the LEO team by setting KPIs and scheduling the team members’ workflow based on the KPI.
Work closely with our Product team to codify learnings into our software features and API connections to OTAs.
Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure our customers are aware of the actions they can take to improve their listing metrics.
Produce a monthly LEO Report for each customer to show them the change in LEO metrics and opportunities to improve.
Work closely with the Sales and Customer success team to ensure that LEO services are applied for all new customers.
What you’ll definitely need
Minimum of 2 years work experience in an analytical role in an agile Service industry.
Professional level written and verbal communication in English.
Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar data-related role.
A good grasp of the scientific method with experience in running experiments in a commercial role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data-sets.
Experience working in agile teams, with leadership qualities.
Experience in a customer facing role.
EU citizenship, residence or Swedish work permit.
What we’d love you to have
Experience in a SaaS or e-commerce start-up.
Knowledge or experience in the online travel industry.
Experience using business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Experience using Atlassian suite incl. Jira and Confluence
