ASUS is looking for a Level 2 Support Technician, to be responsible for support & service operations in Nordic (mainly Norway), office located in Kista, Sweden.
About the job
As a L2 aftersales & support technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that the aftermarket services ASUS provides in the Nordic region meet high standards regarding quality and service. Your role will be mainly focused on providing the best possible service for our Norwegian customers. We are looking for someone with a great interest in technology and an eye for detail. You will be working together with our Nordic aftersales team in our brand new offices in Kista and reporting to our Nordic customer service manager.
About the team
You will be working with our Nordic aftersales team, where the people come from all over Nordic; Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You will also have contact with our European service team in the Netherlands and our HQ in Taiwan. Therefore you will need to know both Norwegian and English fluently and any other Nordic language is a plus. Together as a team, we aim to provide world-class service for our Nordic customers.
Work tasks
• Act as the second line for the call center (mostly Norwegian customers).
• Handle specific customer accounts and escalations in Nordic (mainly Norwegian).
• Handle and validate RMA (repair) applications.
• Request more information from customers in case their issue can’t be duplicated in service (no trouble found).
• Handle out-of-warranty repair cost estimates in our system and any questions related to those.
Qualifications and background
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (other Nordic language is a plus).
• Great knowledge of computers and IT.
• Experience in aftersales & customer support.
• Analytical and structured in your thinking and with an eye for details.
