Level Design Contract (12 month)
As a Level Designer, you will design the layout, flow, pacing and overall player experience of a level or a part of a level.
You will be an essential part of the entire process - from level concept, layout blockouts and all the way to polish and bug fixing.
Under the guidance of the Lead Level Designer, you will:
Work as a level designer in a level pod.
Create a level that enhances the core mechanics and creative vision of the game.
Work closely with other content creators to create the best experience for the player.
Actively participate in playtests, peer-reviews and feedback sessions.
What We Look For
Knowledge of how to blockout a level in a 3D-editor.
Understanding of current trends and design philosophies in the industry. Familiar with specific mechanics and gameplay loops in contemporary games.
Some technical knowledge and familiarity with industry standard tools (Unity, Unreal, Photoshop, PowerPoint and SketchUp)
Creative and curious mindset.
