LG Electronics is a leading player in the 3G handset market worldwide and we have quickly established ourselves on the telecom market in both Sweden and Denmark.We are growing and need an additional full time resource. Product manager 3G products The position consists of two major parts; Product Manager for 3G products and, Account Manager for LG's 3G customers.The Account Manager part of the job will be dealing with LG's 3G customers, both existing and future customers.The main tasks are: .participate in global technical meetings .prepare roadmap meetings .coordinate activities (marketing, after sales and so forth) for the customers .arrange meetings with customers .responsible for customer satisfaction The product manager part deals with technical issues with all 3G products.The main tasks are: .technical responsible for the functionality of LG's 3G products .approval of new products .fault reporting and to some extent also testing .deal with any problems that might occur .approval of wording and manuals for new mobiles .problem identification and fault report writing Position requirement .Deep knowledge from the mobile industry about mobile phones and UMTS .Preferably a master degree at KTH, or equivalent, with focus on telecommunication..3-5 years related experience .Business minded .Excellent negotiation skills .Proactive .Fluent in both English and Swedish We believe that you today are working at one of the major mobile phone vendors or mobile operators and are about 35 years old.You may have a title similar to Mobile Technical Engineer, Product Manager or Test Engineer.
