The IT Division is focusing on LCD monitors, Notebooks, Storage (CD/DVD) an.Our department is growing and need an additional full time resource. Summary of Job Description You will support our Product Managers at the IT Product Division in overall matters.This includes overall purchase related support for our IT Products (computer monitors, optical storages, notebook pc and etc.).You will be handling delivery information of our IT products.You will also perform Weekly/Monthly statistics of customers' inventory, sales, purchase and claims.You will need to on a daily basis check and monitor customers' order status, sales, stock level (monthly report to HQ), and to assist Product Managers to make purchase planning. Furthermore, you are responsible for IT product code-registration and control input in the system.You will need to handle prices in our BPMS system as well.You will also be willing to perform other ad-hoc jobs such as reporting, filing and handling on request.Qualifications - It is of outmost importance that you are an expert in Excel and have quantitative skills - Ability to think to see the full picture and easily learn system-handling and reporting tools - You are expected to be diligent and well organized - You need to have great interpersonal skills and be loyal to your team members - You should be a highly motivated person who is pleasant to work with - Ability to cope with time pressure and big load of work - Ability to work with people with various cultural backgrounds - Fluent in both English and Swedish Education / Experience Requirements You shall have a BA where BS is preferred.A Bachelor in economics/business administration/accounting/applied statistics is preferred, even though it is not a conclusive 1-3 years of working experience in a similar business is preferable We will continuously interview even though there is a deadline for application.We therefore recommend that you apply as soon as possible.It is preferred that you submit your academic transcripts together with your application.IMPORTANT: IF you know someone who is working in LG Electronics Nordic AB, put her/his name on your CV.
