We are currently looking for a Product Liability & Insurance Coordinator to our customer Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 2-year contract starting ASAP, with the possibility for an extension.

Job Description: As a Product Liability & Insurance Coordinator you will receive errands from the support team or escalated cases from the VOC team, and handle the cases via phone or E-mail. The daily work will include contact with insurance companies, Samsung’s legal team, consumer authorities, and customers. You will also administrate the contact with our laboratory in the UK and handle the freight of damaged phones, as well as handling the errands toward customers. Other than this you will also be monitoring VOC’s KPI’s and manage our risk ticket handling.
Key accountabilities include:
Manage Nordic PL, insurance, and CCB cases escalated by the support team or from the VOC team.
Communicate with insurance companies, Samsung’s legal team, consumer complaint boards, and customers.
Conduct thorough investigation on each case before presenting proper outcome.
Logging of PL cases in Samsung’s internal systems and report to Samsung Head office in South Korea.
Manage risk tickets.
Monitor VOC’s KPIs, present a monthly report, and analyze the findings for improvement and action plan.
Required skills & background: College (“gymnasium”) finished
Senior experience with at least one of the tasks, preferably more than one
Excellent skills in consumer law, at least in one of the Nordic countries.
Fluent in English and Swedish
Skills in another Nordic language is a plus
MS Office knowledge (Excel, PPT, Word)
