Job description
Randstad Technologies is looking for a License Management Administrator for our client within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
In this role you will support the Software Asset Managers in keeping control of the license that are being used, have control of the license cost according to the financial framework and administrate the license purchase orders.

Main activities:
Cost control: Make sure that all license cost is managed. Secure all cost are recharged in a correct way.
License Management: Assisting the Software Asset Manager to measure and keep track of license usage. Keep record of all purchased licenses and license agreements. In good time notify concerned parties when a agreement is up for renewal.
Purchase order administration: Creation of purchase basket in purchase system. Responsible for that the order is approved by managers involved. Contact towards the supplier regarding questions about supplier invoicing problems.


Working hours
Full-time. (WFH during the pandemic is implemented – Certain days it will be required to be present at the local office)

Qualifications
You have a general IT background
Preferable you have experience from working with License Management
Good English skills

Desirable merits:


Have already work in SAP (finance)
PowerBI skills
