Responsibilities and what you will do
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Lifesum, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, and automation to increase user engagement, and drive growth. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, convert users to premium and prevent churn. As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to optimize the campaigns. We’re looking for a person that will constantly improve the customer journey, and optimize revenue opportunities for Lifesum.
Are you the one we're looking for?
To be successful in this position we believe that you have:
- Experience in applying retention strategy with in-depth knowledge of CRM channels including push, In-app, and email.
- Experience in converting free users to premium users by creating and delivering compelling offers in the app, preferably from a subscription business.
- Experience in using marketing automation technology (Braze).
- Experience in being customer-centric, and always striving to provide a flawless customer experience.
If you are comfortable with the technical, regulatory, and product side of marketing (data structure and event tracking, audience segmentation, IP deliverability, GDPR, etc.) we think you will be even more successful. In this position, you will present key findings to various stakeholders within our business, so experience in collating data, and the ability to present it is a must. We think that you have 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, with a particular focus on developing and deploying new CRM campaigns for large global B2C apps.
