Now we are looking for a person that can help us further build this movement of inclusion as our new Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
The role
We’re looking for a creative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to further build & lead a team of specialists and execute on CRM projects and campaigns across existing and new channels, focusing on increasing user activation, retention and monetisation. We have around 300 million users and growing everyday, most of which are inbound, and your role is to help them quickly realize the value we offer and use Mentimeter for a long time to come!
You will collaborate tightly with Product Marketing & Product teams. Also, as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager is a new role at Mentimeter, we believe that you will be key to shaping the role and team moving forward.
Responsibilities include:
Line management for a team of Content, Design and Marketing Automation specialists
Effortlessly translate strategic goals and OKRs into short and long term plans for a team of experts
Enable the team to create sophisticated lifecycle programs to drive product led growth, from new user acquisition to monetisation, advocacy & evangelism
Maintain an iterative & result conscious mindset with experimentation and optimization in focus
Collaborate with our marketing operations team to ensure we are following best practices & continually improving our ways of working
Collaborate with product team, sales team, marketing, designers, and copywriters to develop the CRM roadmap for our platform, as well as manage and plan daily CRM activities.
Track performance of CRM projects and use findings to improve campaign KPIs.
This role reports to our Director of Product Marketing and will be a part of the Marketing Management team.
Requirements
We think you probably have at least 5 years hands-on relevant experience with an international focus, and at least 2 years managing a team
You are comfortable translating strategy into actionable tasks that drive the greatest possible impact
You are able to prioritize efficiently and create clear focus for your team
You have solid experience in leading teams to build lifecycle workflows, marketing automation and personalization in channels such as email, push, and in-app
You dare to think big, are curious and a creative, yet data-driven thinker with good problem-solving skills
Familiarity with our tech stack is a bonus: Customer.io, Looker, Mixpanel
Experience of working with a global saas brand is a bonus
