We are currently seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will have the main responsibility for turning leads into high intent MQL’s.


What you will do:
As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager you have the responsibility to plan, initiate and implement nurturing flows, campaigns and communications, growing our customer and user base, building loyalty as well as upsell/cross sell on existing customer and user base. You will achieve this by delivering great experiences and communication through email, newsletters and nurturing at key moments of their journey.


Based on data, identify value segments connected to our ICP, build a full funnel customer lifecycle marketing plan with the goal to nurture and enrich the relationship with both prospects and customers.
Responsible for the set-up and implementation of all our automated inbound nurturing flows (using Hubspot), i.e. planning and designing nurturing flows based on different target audiences, and triggers based communication (what happens when and to whom) throughout the customer journey
Initiate and design different inbound marketing flows and campaigns, i.e. newsletters, content pushes, product releases, event and webinar promotions etc
Create guidelines, templates and content for the inbound nurturing flows and campaigns
Analyze customer behavior, different customer patterns identifying value segments and improvement areas
Develop KPI's to track, following up on email send-outs and nurturing streams, and report on the activities and leads generation
Work with sales to identify and optimize conversion opportunities
Work with product to identify and optimize user acquisition opportunities
Responsible for leads scoring connected to the website, nurturing flows and events as well as continuous improvements to the scoring model



What we look for:
You are a vocal champion for customer values, and you naturally dive deep into data to support your decisions. You are passionate about lifecycle marketing, and skilled at managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
You are proactive and strategic about nurturing and enriching communication and relationships with both prospects and customers for multiple markets globally. At least 5 years hands-on relevant experience with Lifecycle marketing/Marketing Automation.
Solid experience in creating personalised communication in channels such as email, and in-app etc.
High analytic skillset and data driven, always with thoughtful and methodical approach
Experience with lead scoring, tagging, tracking, goal setting and attribution
Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or equivalent, marketing automation tools (e.g Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Hubspot or similar) and other communication tools like Intercom, Pendo etc.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Engineering or equivalent education
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus
