Are you good at explaining things in simple terms? Can you visualise the journey a customer takes from discovery to advocacy of a product or service? Do you fit naturally into the place where communication, sales/support and software product meet?


Your.Rentals is looking for a Lifecycle Product Marketer to plan and execute a consistent user experience from the first discovery to becoming an ambassador for our service. You’ll work with words and user interactions - constantly analysing and improving the way our team and software interact with our customers.


You’ll be joining our team of motivated people in a mature start-up. We’re located in Malmö and Hanoi. In a flat organisation, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with other team members every day.


What will I be doing?


As Lifecycle Product Marketer, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and improving a personalised and consistent communication journey with our leads, prospects and customers over their lifecycle.


You’ll work closely with our marketing team to set our targets in terms of user goals and behaviour. You’ll work with our marketing, product, sales and customer success teams to plan, implement and analyse campaigns and user communication.


We’ll expect you to take ownership of the following responsibilities.


Design and implement a consistent communication journey with our prospects and customers over their lifecycle - with an initial focus on sales and activation.
Building profiles of prospects and customers to provide more targeted communication that converts.
Test and analyse different communications approaches to increase conversions in our pre-sales and customer journey.
Own the automated communications in our sales and support systems to ensure our users receive the right communication at the right time.
Work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to develop and implement a cross business strategy, program and metrics for the Customer Lifecycle.
Develop a deep understanding of our customer and user personas based on data, and identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for sales and marketing.
Segment our leads and customers according to their intent and needs, and be able to match them with the identified personas.
Develop a lead scoring system to advise marketing and sales teams to strategize their campaigns and resources.
Work closely with our SEM/SEO specialist, product and customer success teams to create a multi-touch communication journey to address the pain points of our leads and customers, and optimize the journey continuously.
Develop materials for lead-in/sales enablement to move people down the funnel (e.g. conversion-optimized headlines, testimonial, case studies, ROI calculator, battle cards, video content, email content)
Together with our creative director, develop landing pages that convert.
Manage the production of content that supports the pre-sales and customer lifecycle



Skills and experience


We’re looking for someone both analytical and creative. You find ways to simplify things by making them easier to understand. You have an ear for clear communication and an eye for good writing. You are comfortable building and leading cross-business teams. You’re ambitious and goal driven, and always put the users needs first.


What you’ll definitely need:


Bachelor or Masters degree in communication, online marketing or relevant discipline.
5+ years work experience from a similar role within a SaaS or e-commerce business.
A strong content and linguistic background and experience writing structured content with keywords.
Designing easy to understand communication process flows.
Experience working with Hubspot CRM (or similar).
Confident working with data and analysis, with A/B testing experience.
Configuration and use of behavioural analysis and tracking software.



Nice to have experience:


Working with remote and external project team members.
Working with multi-language and translations.
Experience in developing a customer journey that matches the lifecycle stage.
