ABOUT THE POSITION 

The Lifeplan Customer Service Specialists takes care of all questions regarding pension and insurance. You act as 1st line Customer Service and handle incoming issues by responding to phone calls and e-mails from customers and users.

Examples of daily work tasks are:

• Responding to incoming phone calls and e-mails.
• Handling incoming issues via the Service Desk System Xamine.
• Working towards set targets and activity KPI:s.
• Being a good representative for Lifeplan and delivering Customer Service of high quality.
• Updating internal and external information in various systems and forums.
• Reporting to Customer Service Managers and providing internal statistics.
• When needed, attending client meetings with project managers and assisting with internal and external trainings.


Lifeplan is facing a positive future and is characterized by constant development. We have a rapid expansion ahead and you are important when it comes to the expansion of this business area. One of your main responsibilities is to streamline and develop existing routines and processes according to Lean, and in a long-term perspective build a knowledge foundation on which the Customer Service function can rely on.

You cooperate closely with the Lifeplan team in Gothenburg consisting of advisors, sales consultants and the CEO. The team will give you the training and support that is needed in order for you to perform and to give excellent customer service. You will also be part of the Customer Service Specialist Team in Stockholm, which you will have continuous contact with in your daily work.

 

WHO ARE YOU? 

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn about the pension and insurance business. You are passionate about customer service and always aim to deliver excellent customer service and to contribute to satisfied and loyal clients. 

Knowledge & Skills desired:

• Completed high school/secondary school education (required) and preferably further studies within finance and/or IT.
• At least two years experience of Customer Service where you have worked with service desk systems using phone and e-mail as your main work tools.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Passion for and experience of working with pension and insurance is highly meritorious.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Positive and goal-oriented approach and being a proactive, self-starter with high level of initiative.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a demonstrated ability to work with difficult or sensitive situations or data.
• First-rate communication skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills with good Office knowledge and system user experience.
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both written and spoken.
