What you will do
In your role as Line Manager you will lead, coach and inspire your team(s), strive to bring out the best in each team member and pave the way for them to be engaged and high performing. You will be responsible for a group of developers and business responsible within Volvo Care Retail Solutions.

You will also 
•    Act as line manager for all personnel in the teams
•    Work with personnel development (competencies, personal skills, team mix)
•    Lead the group towards common business goals
•    Coach teams in the work process to ensure quality and efficiency
•    Coach individuals and help them grow, both as individuals and as professionals
•    Actively participate in the Development and Delivery management team and contribute to the development and improvement of our business and organization. 

We believe that your background and skills include
•    Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
•    High level of business acumen
•    Strong leadership skills and an agile mindset
•    Very good experience in running agile processes and methods for software development
