Our Exciting Opportunity
There is now an open Line Manager position within DSI Analytics - where we are accelerating the digital transformation within Ericsson R&D.
We are fundamentally changing the way we work at R&D with creating a world-class development and innovation engine, where we empower Ericsson Network R&D with readily available Data, Analytics insights and Intelligent Automation.

You will
Lead a section consisting several development teams in a service-minded organization in collaboration with partners to ensure to create new value with Data, Analytics and AI services
Be product responsible for some of our specific areas e.g. HW Analytics and Ericsson Network Benchmark report (ENB). ENB is a service that we are offering to our external customers for them to benchmark their network performance.
Have a product/service responsible, including deployment, operation, support, monitor, dimension and development of the sections products and services.
Work closely with the Head of DSI Analytics and together with the Leadership team in the sector.
Developing, leading and driving your teams in the Data engineering, Data Science and Software development areas.
Provide thought leadership and shape the knowledge base within the Software, Data and AI areas
To be successful in the role you must have
Solid experience as leader of complex technical organizations in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Curious and passion to experiment and drive change
Courageous and inclusive leadership, providing clear direction and setting appropriate standards of behavior through steadfast integrity
Demonstrated experience and passion for SW development, Data and AI
Experience of product and service ownership
Knowledge in digitalization and a passion to build and drive E2E digital solutions
A service driven mind-set, where you are happy to be in the background enabling others to shine
A passion for driving innovation, embracing and motivating change with a collaborative mentality leading to set/meet performance targets
Strategic thinking with an analytical, structured and result oriented approach
Shown ability to act at both the strategic and operational levels
Solid partnering skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization and across multiple countries, optimally collaborating with multiple partners
Experience working with academia and partners
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Openness, listening skills and ability to empower and inspire people
