Your role
You are responsible for the unit that develops the Integrated ATC Suite (I-ATS). Your team consists of the roles necessary to successfully produce these systems, for example software developers, integration engineers, tester, and systems engineers. There are approximately 15 employees in the unit, although we expect it to grow.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:
*
meeting agreed unit goals (finances, quality, delivery capacity, and efficiency),
*
defining and implementing the common processes needed to develop the IATS product,
*
resource allocation for IATS product development,
*
transition of knowledge from the US to secure IATS development,
*
work closely together with the IATS Product Manager and the IATS projects (project managers and lead systems engineers) to secure the IATS deliveries,
*
lead improvement activities to meet our long-term strategy,
*
coaching your teams towards agreed goals and strategies,
*
developing the skills and abilities of the subordinates and securing a good working environment within the unit,
*
leading per our organizational values,
*
working environment responsibility, and
*
cost center budget

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
ATM Tower System provides digital air traffic management solutions globally. The business unit develops products for remotely controlled ATC towers and controller working positions for major international airports and for military airports. We have employees in Gothenburg (Sweden), Växjö (Sweden), and Apeldoorn (the Netherlands).
The position is located in Apeldoorn or Gothenburg.
