Responsible to plan, organize, lead and control an organization in order to accomplish set goals. Line managers are defined from a leadership point of view, meaning direction of work.-assignments, projects, responsibilities, and accountabilities. A line manager should be responsible for all following examples:
Performance management and goal-setting (PBP), salary reviews / merit increases, vacation approval, disciplinary actions, VGAS, staffing of direct reports and responsible for Workplace Safety according to legislation. The line manager is the manager of employees and/or consultants.
Work description
Together with our current manager be responsible for our delivering units in Göteborg of Occupational Health Care Services. You will lead a team with the following competences: Occupational doctor, Occupational nurse, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Medical Secretary, Health coach, Ergonomic and Health & Safety Engineer. Each unit has a teamleader that will take care of the daily operation.
The manager will lead and be responsible for current processes, standardized delivery applied in the business.
Tasks:
* Informing, implement, enforce and follow up the decisions of the management team
* Driving the local improvement efforts and convey suggestions for improvements to the management team
* Operations staff development, recruitment and resource planning
* Information communicated to employees.
Personal skills needed
Swedish and English
Knowledge from occupational health care service providers or private medical centre is an advantage
Experience from leading position and leading in change is a must.
