We are looking for a Line Manager
Product Development is the line organization that is responsible for personnel working in our DevOps Teams in the Program Techlab Products. TechLab Products is the R&D Function within WirelessCar.

The purpose of the line organization is to enable WirelessCar customer deliveries through workforce management and making WirelessCar the best possible workplace for our people. Line managers are responsible for supporting the development of our employees, creating an inspiring, forward leaning climate. You will manage a group of employees and consultants located in Sweden.

Key responsibilities

- Be responsible for Software Engineers in teams (3-5 teams)

- Coach, mentor and develop employees and provide career development planning and opportunities
- Support the teams in their journey to become high performing teams

- Communicate, ensure understanding of and motivate employees to contribute to WirelessCar's short and long term goals and objectives
- Recruitment and hiring talent to fill team positions
- Resource management, ensuring that the right competence and resource availability exists for our customer program or product delivery organization
- Encourage a “dare to do it” mentality, support a creative mindset and let your colleagues be themselves
- Work with strengthen and build our culture in all parts of the company

Who are you?
We believe you are genuinely interested in people, have minimum 3 years experience in leading agile software development teams and/or individuals and a solid background within IT. You show great leadership skills, have excellent collaboration skills, get things done, do not feel restricted by organizational boundaries and are always prepared to contribute leading WirelessCar into the future.
