Product Development Group (PDG) Hardware Design is a unit within PDU CDS responsible for HW development for HDS, BSP and EBS.

You will
You will be responsible & accountable for the operational area Project management within the PDG HW Design. The operational area includes responsibility for:
Supporting the Project managers who will run the day-to-day operations
Driving supplier and capability management for PDG HW Design
Driving the strategic development & improvement of the operational area
You will be Line Manager for 10-15 employees as well as main interface towards any involved suppliers, actively mentoring them on their individual & team behaviors, securing their technical and professional competence.
You will be a key part of the PDG HW Design Leadership team who will together secure efficient development, evolution & growth of the PDG HW Design product portfolio.



We are looking for an agile, dynamic and result focused leader who has proven track record of building highly empowered teams. You will be encouraged to collaborate closely with our key stakeholders and be capable of driving changes across the whole PDG. As a leader in our organization we expect you to be cooperative, transparent, customer oriented and that you drive and develop our business towards success.
You will report to the Head of PDG HW Design.

To be successful in the role you must have

Qualifications
Master of Science or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 5 years experience from relevant manager/leader position.

Competence
Proven solid understanding and recent successful track record in managing project office including capability management.
Proven strong leadership skills in particularly People and Thought leadership skills. You should be able to give clear examples of success stories that came from your analysis & initiative, leadership style, etc
Experience in R&D line management with distributed product development and delivering Ericsson products to the market.
Great knowledge of Lean & Agile and personal experience from its implementation and scaling in large development organizations with technically sophisticated systems
Proven successful track record in driving organizational improvements and Change Management through strong solution orientation. You are curious and have a constructive questioning behavior.
Proven track record of being a great teammate, building strong and highly empowered teams.
Good understanding in development flow from requirement to customer delivery.
You are a good communicator and strive for continuous and open communication.
Good business understanding and capable of seeing the big picture
Your attitude is characterized by "one Ericsson" and "Customer first"

You have good interpersonal and verbal communication skills and are characterized as positive and hardworking in your approach to your work. You must be proficient in spoken and written English and have good presentation skills.
It is a strong advantage if you have technical knowledge of HDS, BSP and EBS components.
