We are looking for a Manager for the Service Desk Team in Credit Solution and Services. The team of Service Desk co-workers has the key role of being interface for the continuous services’ teams and the customers. This is a highly skilled team combining both a technological background, and business-oriented background. Their day-to-day agenda is to improve the quality, performance and the way of working so that the services we provide for our customers are constantly improving and at the highest quality standard.
Your Responsibilities:
Leading a team of approximately 30+ Service Desk team members
Responsibility for incident and problem management, with good quality and agreed scope.
Measure the performance of the team, the services and the quality.
Leading an agenda of continuous service improvements.
Ensure the right focus to competence development for the team members.
Ensure that the strategy for Service Desk is updated and in line with company needs.
What we expect:
7+ years in Service Desk Management
Compliance experience, with special focus on ISAE3402, IS0 20001 and ISO 27001
Developing and training employees in Incident, Problem, Request and Change management
Managerial reporting
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in the English language.
Deep Understanding of IT, ITSM
ITIL4 certified
Strong Leadership kind of personality.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Proactive approach.
Independent, self-driven.
