About this opportunity
The Product Development Group (PDG) CAT within DNEW PDU CDS develops and is responsible for resource and equipment handling software in Ericsson’s 5G and multi standard radio base stations. With over 70 cross functional teams based in Sweden, Poland, China, and Croatia, we are a key contributor in delivering cutting edge functionality to secure technology leadership in one of Ericsson’s most important product families. We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our newly established Operations section. As responsible for Operations, you will report directly to the Head of CAT. You will lead a team of highly skilled operating product owners, project managers, and program managers, and have a key role in the interaction with our stake holders. You will also handle the relations with and assignments to our external partner companies.

What you will do
Lead and coach Operative Product Owners, Project Managers and Program Managers within the unit
Be an active part of the PDG leadership team
Secure capability planning towards the programs
Handle relations with and assignments to external partner companies
Work closely with other sectors and PDUs to optimize the value we create


You will bring
Strong leadership skills in line with the Ericsson values
Good understanding of the Lean and Agile ways of working
Excellent skills in communication and in handling relations
Business and customer focused
Result oriented with a high accountability to deliver results
Good English skills in both writing and conversation.
Technical education on university level is required
