With us, you will be responsible for

We are looking for a Manager who will lead a product development team of about 40 people located in Sweden at our office in Skellefteå. As Line Manager, you will be responsible for the yearly HR processes such as Talent & Performance Management, Competence development, and Salary review as well as driving and supporting the growth of individuals and teams. You will also have delivery responsibility in your dual role as Delivery Manager where you coach our employees and teams to deliver customer value. You will also take an active part in Bid teams to grow our business. You will also be part of the site management team in Skellefteå.

We expect you to have

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have a strong drive combined with a proactive way of working. You are a natural leader and act as a change agent also outside your area of responsibility. You are distinct in your leadership and you can convey strategies and value of cooperation through clear communication.

Experiences that are essential for the role are background from SW development with technical understanding in the areas of Telecom, IoT, and Cloud. You have a curiosity for new techniques like AI, microservices, containers, etc. Experience from sales work and customer interactions is merit as you will be meeting customers and support our Business Teams. You have a good understanding of agile SW development and DevOps as well as excellent communication skills, both in Swedish and English. We believe that you have management experience in which you have been successful. Multicultural delivery coordination skills are also seen as meriting.

You are easy to work with and being a team player is natural for you. Besides, you act without prestige and contribute strongly to dialogue and an open climate. You use feedback frequently in your work and have the ability to create an inspiring working climate in your working place. Cooperation with sales, offerings, and other line managers is important.
