As a Line Planner, you will be a part of project planning, resource planning and support the Line managers by applying project monitoring and providing expertise to project planning and scheduling.
You will be part of the Project Support HVDC Service department. The team consists of different functions, each working in individual HVDC support areas. We have a very supportive culture, where everyone within the department supports each other.

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for upgrading the Planning tool used today and the implementation of the tool when upgrade is completed.
Conduct workshops/trainings for users of the planning tool
Planning and scheduling for the project and tender phases, be responsible for planning resources in the planning tool.
Coordinate and plan resources together with Line managers within HVDC Service with look ahead, reliable, and comprehensive information about the project’s status.
Contribute to Sales and Operation planning (SOP) at HVDC Service.
Be an active team member and be the contact person for high level planning.
Your background
You have a degree in engineering.
Experience of working as Planner in EPC company, or similar.
Thorough understanding of - and experience from - logical sequencing and interfacing of project execution activities in EPC projects.
Have the ability to lead planning and project controls activities.
Proficiency in English is required, knowledge in Swedish is advantageous.
Experience in implementing IT-system, experience from the planning tool Retain is an advantage.
As a person you are structured, persistent, calm, and have the ability to create and maintain good relationships. You are happy to collaborate with others to achieve set goals.
