Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Linux Distribution Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Joining our client’s team with a special focus on handling adaptations within the Linux environment.
Repackaging existing distributions, incorporating product-specific components, and configuring to establish a platform from our client’s standard Linux distribution.
Analyzing the Linux-based platform at a high level to identify areas requiring adaptations or additions based on product requirements, architecture, and design.
Understanding overlay filesystems in comparison to the root filesystem.

What you bring:
Degree in computer science.
Newly graduated or 2-3 years of experience in embedded software development or industrial control systems.
Proficient in C/C++, Python, and Bash scripting.
Experience in Linux distribution development.
Familiarity with Iptables/netfilter.
Fluent in English.
Beneficial experience working with real-time operating systems.
Exposure to agile software development.
Knowledge of cyber-security-related development.
