The Role:

We are looking for a Linux Platform Developer. We believe that you have several years of experience as a software developer, building modules and applications on Linux platform. The team you will be joining is responsible for Kambi’s Java Middleware and Linux platform running on our retail sports betting terminals. The team also develop command line tools, java hardware simulators and web clients, which gives opportunities to work in many different domains and technologies.

Your focus will be on our Linux platform, keeping it up to date and ensuring support of an ever increasing variation of hardware platforms and functional requirements. You will work on the development of tools and various scripts to ensure system liability for thousands of sports betting terminals located around the globe.

You should have experience of building scalable and maintainable applications that run and fail gracefully. Writing testable software and create automated tests in collaboration with our testers. Collaborating with our Product Owners with technical insight and trouble-shoot and solve production incidents in an complex environment.

We strive to use the latest frameworks and methods and are constantly adapting our process according to Agile DevOps principles.

Today the team consist of a group of 5 passionate developers, including 1 tester and the team in located in Kambi’s Stockholm Office.
