LINUX & SOLARIS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS

TASKS AND COMPETENCES 
As a System Administrator you will for example:
• work in sub-projects or Agile teams as parts of R&D development projects 
• are responsible for the IT & Lab Environment comprising System Under Test as well as the connections to surrounding nodes 
• provide technical service and support to new and existing IT & Lab environment solutions
• plan and design server/network level solution, trouble shoot and resolve problems in the environment 
• manage server equipment locally at site, as well as remote (remote login)  
• interact closely with other IT and Network infrastructure teams within the organization, is part of the daily work. 

We are looking for you that have a University degree within Network & System Administration and at least 2 years of experience within the area, alternatively at least 5 years of experience.
 
Experience in one or several of the following areas is qualifying; 
• Qualified server system administration, several years of experience
• High competence in Linux (SUSE/Red Hat)
• High competence in UNIX (Solaris 10/11)
• Administration of virtualized server environment
• Storage administration 
• TCP/IP knowledge
• IP security
• Competence in scripting
• Competence in DNS, DHCP
 
The preferred candidate should also have good communication skills, good knowledge in the English and Swedish language, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work both independently and in teams is also preferred.
