Linux System Administrator with team lead ambition

Linux System Administrator
On behalf of our client we are looking for someone with a couple of years experience working in a Linux environment with both virtual and physical machines, hosting different applications (web, databases etc).

It is important that you have great ability to co-operate with customers, suppliers and colleagues since the tasks are divided in individual work and team projects. If you are interested in a team leading possibilities in the future, this is the job for you.

Daily duties may include inspecting and monitoring systems, planning and performing approved changes in the environment together with the customer’s organisation. The Linux Administrator provides new systems according to the customer’s specification and documentation, and closely collaborate within the team using agile methods. Furthermore, the Linux Administrator will participate in a continuous improvement of processes and tools both within the team and in the greater organisation.

Qualifications
The following experience and knowledge is required:
-Experience and knowledge of medium/large scale Linux environments
-Experience and knowledge of virtualised server environments
-Experience and knowledge of cloud environments
-Troubleshooting skills
-Fluency in english
-Basic knowledge of Windows server is seen as a merit
-Knowledge in Database administration is seen as a merit
-Fluency in Swedish is seen as a merit.
