Linux system and client admin

We are expanding the IT Operations Infrastructure team in Verisure Innovation to speed up and simplify the installing of robust Linux clients.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for an Linux system and client admin with experience in deploying, managing and maintaining Linux on the desktop. You will be part of a team defining the requirements for the client OS and applications, including but not limited to VPN, NAC, Anti-Virus, central management and AD integration. Our users expect a world class Linux desktop experience, and we will bring that by performing the following tasks:
* Install Linux clients using image for the purpose
* Own and continuously improve the Linux client image
* Create software distribution processes, procedures and tools
* Manage central services necessary for the Linux client
* Automate deployment, patching and software installation
* Act as Linux superuser to support colleagues with troubleshooting related to the Linux client
* Responsible for Linux servers. You will in a natural way interact very closely and collaborate across both client and server environments and gradually pick up responsibilities also on server side

* IT infrastructure
* Linux Sysadmin
* Deploying and installing clients utilizing images in Windows/Mac/Linux environment
