Your role as a Linux VDI technician
Linux VDI area at Scania is growing rapidly, and we are expanding now to strengthen the team. This team supports Scania’s R&D area primarily and supplies a RedHat-based environment as well as a Ubuntu-based environment for our customers. The customers are using 3D accelerated graphics as well as GPU-capacity. You will work in a team that handles running, maintaining, developing, and expanding the Linux VDI environment.
Your skills
• Experience in Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, Python, Cloud computing, bash, VDI technologies, Container technologies, Orchestration tools
• Extensive Linux skills
• Linux VDI technology and cloud technology are merited
• Experience from working in automation and orchestration tools is merited
