Fortum Consumer Solutions is strengthening our team with a List Management Specialist to take part in the sales process by acquire, generate, and manage leads in the newly established area Sales Enablement and Insight. The purpose is to secure long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring we meet our customers at the right channel, at the right time and at the right cost.
To succeed in this position, you need ability to identify business needs, ability to establish solid processes within data distribution as well as a technical mindset. You are a problem solver that use data to create insights for decision making and enjoy measuring outcomes. It is important that you are self-driven with the ability to prioritize, while being conscientious in the work you undertake. You are structured and result-oriented, you build good relationships, and you communicate well with your colleagues and stakeholders.

You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in preferably technology or economics, with emphasis on quantitative subject and IT (relevant work experience can replace the education requirement)
- Professional proficiency in English and Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian
- Experience with SQL-structure (T-SQL, MySQL, OracleSQL or other) and API integrations
- Good skills with Microsoft office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through a high-paced, fast-changing environment
What you will do:
- Support key stakeholders in the sales organization to realize the sales potential
- Be responsible for identifying and generating lists of potential and existing customers
- Build insight of the sales performance to improve operations and processes
- Collaborate with Nordic Sales Enablement & Insights team
- The position will be based in Espoo or Stockholm, but some travelling in the Nordics should be expected as we are part of a global team
