Job Description
The live content manager’s main responsibility is to optimize the game’s retention. To achieve this, the live content manager works closely with the creative director and game director to establish compelling retention mechanics and post launch content strategy, that ensures a balanced offer of activities and content catering to all target audiences.
The live content manager also owns the game health process, managing issues triage and prioritization of health issues. The live content manager acts as a liaison between the live team and brand & marketing, working with them to optimize the impact of post launch activities and releases.

Establishing a clear strategy for live content
Running the health process of the live game
Working together with the monetization team and brand, developing strategies and drive initiatives forward to acquire new players, and identify content needs to support such initiatives.

Qualifications
You as a person
You are passionate and curious about games and game development. You are able to solve complex problems and transform them into an action plan with the delivery target in mind. You are inclusive and able to take and give feedback to improve yourself and your team. You have a proactive approach and are willing to help out on every part where your knowledge and skills are needed. You show a strong work ethic regarding team development and the well-being of your team members. Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
5+ years of experience within the video game industry.
2+ years of experience working with live games.
You’ve got at least one full game (shipped) project under your belt.
Real passion for games, with strong knowledge and awareness of current successful live games.
Knowledge of Ubisoft structure and departments a plus.
