Live Operations Team Lead

Klarna is growing rapidly and and with it our IT-Operations needs. IT-Operations consist of 6 teams, where Live Operations, LiveOps, is one of them. The team is servicing Klarna with monitoring and incident management for Klarnas most business critical services. On top of that they help the development teams setting up monitoring, logs, metrics and alarms, this by working embedded. You will be a team leader over 5 System Engineers.

As a team leader your responsibility is to:
- Coordinate and prioritize the daily work.
- Represent the teams wishes in discussions with the team manager.

Together with the team you will:
- Monitors Klarnas most business critical services.
- Continuously improves above mentioned monitoring..
- Do incident management for above mentioned services (detection ? assessment ? action ? follow up).
- Send out status-information and update external status-pages.
- Collect root-cause analysis for above mentioned incidents.
- Perform upgrades.
- Act as ?third line support? for the support teams at Operations (Merchant Support, Customer Service).
- Escalate cases/incidents etc. to the development teams.
- Help the development teams implementing monitoring and using guidelines for how to do logging, alarms and metrics.
