The Position
Avalanche Studios Group and its creative division Systemic Reaction are hiring an experienced Live Producer to work on Generation Zero.
As a Live Producer you will coordinate resources to ensure successful completion of assigned development features. The Live Producer is a key person in the daily operation of our teams and is responsible for translating business and product goals into plans and actions, and act as a change agent for process improvements. They will be part of building and maintaining a strong team spirit and a productive environment for the team to thrive in.
General responsibilities
Work together with the Product Owner, Lead Producer, and Team Leads to develop, champion, and communicate the product vision to the team.
Develop and manage the development team resources planning, tasks distribution, following up, and deliverables.
Develop and refine the development processes to increase production efficiency and quality.
Prioritize incoming issues and coordinate live teams and work with the release managers to ensure quick resolutions to critical issues during the live service.
Drive and foster effective communication among all team members and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed.
Required qualifications
Attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience with project planning and agile/scrum development methodology
Strong capability to multitask and prioritize
Experience with identifying risks and mitigation
Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate developer and project goals in a clear, concise manner
Excellent skills in both written and verbal English
Desirable qualifications
Experience working on a live project in either the console or mobile markets, or similar such as extensive DLC
Experience of running and driving a team forward with focus on cross disciplined game development
Experience as a Producer within game development/production
