About the role
Join an exciting and innovative project for a global tech brand in Barcelona, delivering top-notch customer service and sales support through video calls. The role has three main parts:
Video shopping: provide a great shopping experience by responding to, influencing, and converting customer sales inquiries through one-way video calls, while delivering excellent customer service.
Content creation: participate in live and pre-recorded video content. You will help with scriptwriting, translating, and brainstorming to shape the project’s direction.
Call centre support: assist with inbound calls and administrative tasks in the call centre when needed.
We are looking for candidates that have a positive attitude, are comfortable on camera, and represent the brand well. With over 100 products in the showroom, it’s advantageous if you are passionate about technology and driven to become a product expert.

What do you get?
You will receive €500 to help with your relocation costs, such as flight ticket or accommodation costs.
An annual gross salary of €20,000 for 40 hours a week.
Salary benefits of €3,000 per year.
You will receive a monthly food card of €80 per month.
You will get organisational help e. g. with registration and banking.
A permanent contract.
You will have 23 days of paid vacation each year. There are also 14 national holidays in Spain. If you have to work on those days, you’ll get paid double.

What's required?
You have native Swedish language skills (written and spoken).
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
You are available for a minimum of 12 months.
You’re at least 18 years old.
You have a positive attitude and are comfortable on camera.
Ideally, you have previous experience in customer service and/or sales, coupled with a passion for technology.
