We’re now looking for a Loan operations agent to be a part of our Loan Operations Team.
What you’ll do:
- You will primarily handle questions about Qliro's Personal Loan over the phone and email. The errands vary between simpler to more complex errands that require collaboration with colleagues both within the team and with the rest of the organization, which means that you will build a large network internally.
- You will get the opportunity to support all our Operation teams to broaden your competence in all our consumer products.
- You will both work with administrative tasks and customer contacts; therefore, you need to have operational characteristics to easily switch between tasks.
The team is in an exciting build-up phase in a changing industry that is constantly evolving, this means that everyone is encouraged to be proactive, take a lot of responsibility and constantly work for improvements in processes and routines.
We believe that you are:
Someone who loves service and communicating with people. You also value accuracy and flexibility highly. You are curious and find it fun to be able to develop in your work. You think sales and service goes hand in hand and are natural ingredients in building world-class customer experiences.
Fluent in Swedish and English verbally and in writing is required, knowledge in other Nordic languages is meritorious. Furthermore, we believe you have good experience working in digital and web-based help tools.
The role is suitable for you who want to work alongside your studies, working hours are flexible between our opening hours Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00. We expect you to work 10 hours per week, and since you’ll get the opportunity to support all our teams at Operations it’s usually a possibility to work more if desired.
