We are therefore looking for a person joining the Lobby Ambassador Team, where service and hospitality comes naturally.

What you will do
We are looking for a passionate person who is going to be the public face of Volvo Cars with working tasks that are important both for the people and for us as an organization. For us, a Lobby Ambassador is a person who sees everyone, who enthusiastically welcomes all guests, answers all questions, and manages the expectations in the most positive way.

And, for the customers who are curious about our products and technique, our Lobby Ambassador gladly educates and demonstrates about the electric driving experiences. Beside this exciting work, our Lobby Ambassadors welcomes new employees by taking their photo for access cards, handling data in Tesec and Bars systems. You will also be in charge of receiving and delivering packages, handling Visa applications, helping out with booking of conferences. We guide and help employees and visitors with all kinds of questions that they might have, i.e parking, wayfinding etc.

We believe that you are a person with a big heart that values diversity in the workplace, you care about mother earth, service is your passion, and you are a cosmopolitan spirit with a genuine love for taking care of people.

We are looking for a person with strong sense for customer service, with documented education in Service & Hospitality as well as experience within this area from the industry or similar. The ultimate candidate would have a passion for electric vehicles and have the ability to understand and easily convey technical details in a simple way.

You have documented experience in the products of service and sales. You are fluent in English and speak (at least) one of the Scandinavian languages. Furthermore, you can demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Driver's license is required.
