Local Business Process Owner Serialization, Uppsala

In the role as local Business Process Owner Serialization, you will work closely together with local and global serialization organization and report to Supply Chain.



Responsibilities

In this role you will be the end to end functional owner of serialization in Uppsala and the single point of contact for the global functional owner for serialization. You will be expected to take the lead in implementation of serialization process in all relevant Uppsala, coordinating activities around serialization and Track and Trace by collaborating with the global serialization functions and local resources. In addition, you are expected to:

Be the single point of contact for the entity, CMOs and customers regarding serialization topics

Local Solution owner of local serialization Line/Site systems
*

Coordinate activities linked to interfaces with ATTP
*

Ensure that all line/site systems work in accordance with ATTP
*

Provide local implementation of global guidelines
*

Ensure that everyone using the system are qualified and trained in their assigned responsibilities and help solving local issues as superuser
*

Ensure that local master data are created and maintained where applicable related to serialization
*

Resolve complaints related to the plant
*

Look for continues improvements in local serialization production processes
*

Be the point of contact for line and site system vendors
*

Support Supply chain system related projects (Post implementation of Serialization business process in Uppsala)



Requirements

You have a university degree in Engineering (or other relevant discipline) or equivalent knowledge and experience. Substantial previous experience of serialization is required. Building or maintaining a serialization organization is strongly meriting, as is previous experience of project management. You must be fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
