Work description
Financial point of contact to investors, dealers, suppliers and financial partners as well as HQ´s main contact regards to responsibilities below.
Local process adherence, improvement & responsibilities
OTC/D (order to cash/delivery)
Secure local compliance and approval of 3rd FSP policy
Collection/dunning process
Assist with financial documention internally and externally
Review and approve customers financial contracts
Drive local issues and processes internally and externally when needed
PTP
Monitor price variations and adherence to agreements
Dealer communication when process or variances deviates
Processing non dealer supplier invoices in our systems
Approval rights
Drive local issues and processes internally and externally when needed
Administrative owner of the local internal cars order
Governance
Financial follow-up
Secure adherence to local financial and fiscal requirements
Legal and mandatory requirements
VAT and other taxes together
Requirements from the banks
EV rules and regulations
Contact persons to local authorities
Qualifications
We see that you have a degree in Business Administration or similar. We also see a person who has worked for a couple of years in this area who can imagine administration but wants to develop with cost controlling and future greater responsibility. It is important that the person should be able to keep many tasks in the air and be proactive. These are tasks that extend over a wide area, so a sense of business is important.
