As the HRBP Marine & Ports, your main responsibility will be providing professional HR support for our line managers in our local division in Sweden. A positive and hands-on attitude, cultural awareness, and service-oriented mindset are key elements to succeed in this role. We highly value a proactive mindset, drive, and willingness to learn.
Your responsibilities
Act as a direct counterparty and sparring partner for management and supervisors to enhance employee engagement.
Plan employee communication activities and monitor their implementation together with line managers.
Support the business in implementing the business strategy and HR targets and priorities according to the global business unit strategy.
Business representative towards local unions both ad hoc and in formal organizational bodies. Local negotiations with employee representatives together with Local Division Manager or managers.
Ensure compliance and that we comply with laws, regulations and agreements within the HR area.
As a respective HRBP in the Sweden Ports unit, you are responsible for developing and implementing HR processes and best practices according to the yearly targets and priorities in cooperation with management and supervisors to enable strong leadership and business results. This includes the implementation of HR yearly targets and priorities, including talent and performance management, onboarding, employee engagement survey, strategy-driven target setting model, and unit-specific focus areas.
You are responsible for following up on yearly targets and priorities communication and coordinating their implementation by supervisors within the respective unit.

Your background
At least 5 years of professional work experience in HR, with a track record of working closely with managers and other stakeholders.
We are seeking a strong implementer with a high level of personal commitment, as well as an independent self-starter with strong communication skills.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple ongoing projects; you thrive in managing hectic situations.
The role demands strategic skills and operational focus. You should be able to develop long-term plans and methods to support the business in meeting its goals through professional leadership. Simultaneously, it requires a hands-on attitude to ensure the agreed actions are implemented effectively.
As an individual, you are resilient, reliable, and capable of working independently and efficiently.
We value a "can-do" and positive attitude, proficient problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
The role requires excellent written and spoken Swedish, as most of the communication is conducted in Swedish. Excellent English skills are required.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a suitable field.
