In this role you will act as Local Division and Local Business Line Controller for the Marine & Ports Division in Sweden. You will be in a management position with direct reports.
You will be acting as a business partner to the Local Division Manager optimizing the financial performance within the Local Division. You will be supporting effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial data, evaluating various business alternatives and recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

Global Business Line Controller for Business Line Ports
Your responsibilities
Responsibility of the financial management for the Local Division including strong collaboration in the project review / project execution process.
Financial reporting including monthly closing, forecasting and planning; capability of understanding the details without forgetting the big picture.
Ensuring that the company governance model and internal controls are in place and implemented in the unit.
Member of the Local Division Management team.
Monitoring business performance, assessing business risk exposure and providing insights and analysis for supporting operational decision-making.
Driving appropriate cost structure, cash flow, productivity optimization and capital efficiency.
Effectively communicating and interacting within own network and interest groups proactively, whenever possible and needed.
You possess a “Can do” attitude and you are hands on not only in financial reporting issues but also in resolving issues and improving processes.
Ensuring all execution activities strictly adhere to HSE and business compliance standards, requirements and regulations for ensuring a safe and informed community.

Your background
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Several years’ experience of Business Controlling roles, preferably in a global setting. Project controlling.
Manager experience will be preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Processes and tools in Finance with strong Business Acumen.
Prior experience in using SAP.
Track record of execution and delivering results in international environment.
Good collaboration and communications skills. Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
Recognized as great team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills.
