Your Responsibilities

Our department represents the interface between BSH's Global Digital services on behalf of our numerous Sales locations, warehouses and Factories worldwide. Our experts and IT All-rounders are close contact partners for our business areas and local departments, hence deeply integrated within the Global Digital Services organization. Our task is to integrate state-of-the-art IT solutions and ensuring the secure operation of these systems and related devices.

To strengthen our team in Solna, we are looking for an experienced IT All-rounder with experience and knowledge in some of the following areas:


• IT “local point of contact” for all departments regarding Requirements, Escalations and Consulting.
• Resolution and Communication of IT issues to both end users and local management.
• Design, support and integration of Warehouse solutions, Sales and Customer service systems into the IT landscape of a Global corporation.
• Management and support of warehouse and office IT Hardware and networking devices.
• Support and or manage, national and international Projects.
• Future orientated development of the network infrastructure.
• Implementation and further development of IT security measures and Concepts.


Your Profile
The best fit for BSH is, if you are self-organized by means of agile working methods and that challenges excite you. In addition, you should have the following qualifications:


• Formal education in (IT security, Computer Science, Business Informatics), comparable qualification or several years of experience in IT support.
• Agile mindset. Working experience in agile methodology and understanding SAFE concepts.
• Management of external Business Partners.
• Communication skills: verbal and written.
• Be familiar with documentation practices and processes.
• Ability to work in a team as a customer oriented, independent, highly self-motivated, responsible and well-structured contributor.
• Fluent in Swedish and English. German will be helpful.
• Experience and organizational skills in: IT Purchasing, System monitoring, Cost management, JIRA experience.
