In the role of Local Sales and Regional Distribution Center Controller you will primarily deal with operational strategy and business processes control. Your responsibilities
Contribute to the definition of the strategy for the sales organization, including areas as Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Regional Distribution centers, etc.
Translate strategy targets into business plans, establish measurable targets and oversee forecasting process in the area of responsibility.
Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency, and identify related risks.
Execute risk review procedures and processes in line with global policies.
Ensure high quality and transparency of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
Act as Power user for SAP Vistex module. Govern the daily, quarterly and annual update of transfer prices locally in Sweden to ensure correct master data in local ERP.

Your background
Preferably Master’s degree in Economics (Finance or Accounting) or in relevant discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in Controlling role, preferably more than 5 years.
Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP and Abacus Analyzer.
High level of knowledge of processes and tools in finance with strong business acumen.
Worked with extensive customer rebates setup.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is a must as you will be working in an international organization.
