About this opportunity
Policy & Charging are strengthening our System Test Team with a TA position.
Main Purpose of Local TA is to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for functional and non-functional test. Guide and follow up on non-functional and functional test development, automation and processes. Test Architects concentrates on the “HOW”.
What you will do
Drive “testability” on a functional and non-functional test perspective.
Technical collaboration with Local and Release TTC, Release TA, Design Architects.
Improve functional and non-functional test based on feedback from stakeholders in test.
Technical contributor to test environment strategy and planning.
Define the automation framework, provide assignments to system test and guard the test architecture.
Proactively provide relevant input regarding technical decisions within the Technical System Areas (TSAs).
Main responsible for “the how” in the test activities.
Define the lab for functional and non-functional testing.
Key Tasks include
Ensure “test aspects” are considered throughout the development life cycle.
Synchronize so that test evolution matches product maturity and evolution.
Continuously initiate activities so that test may be more efficient and effective.
Drive and participate in development of test architecture e.g. prototyping work in the test environment.
Support XFTs with regards to test tools, test processes and test methods.
Support TTC to optimize test flow, suggest and drive test improvements and give input to the test Strategy.
Assist in feature analysis and proof of concepts.
Participate/lead Test improvement/competence group and Test technical forum.
Contribute towards Improvements in Continuous Integration (CI).
Work together with relevant stakeholders and system competence groups (TSAs) in associated technical areas.
You will bring
We’re looking for candidates who have deep competence within our Policy and/or Charging area and can hit the ground running.
Having a broad network of colleagues within the area will be beneficial.
Having experience from System Test will be meriting.
