We are now hiring a Local Tray Administrator to work with one of Mölnlycke’s biggest business areas, Operating Room Solutions.
The purpose of this position is to secure that the local administrative Procedure Tray Processes and activities are performed and working smoothly. You will be working very closely with our product portfolio within ORS, acting as a key part in ensuring that the Health Care Professionals get the right support in order to deliver in their daily work. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Local responsibility of administration in our IT system Robust. You will secure that all new Tray configurations and changes are managed via Robust in order to secure that products are active in production and delivered to the customer within the promised lead-time.
Responsible for proactive and frequent monitoring of potential delivery issues and be in dialogue with Planning & Market Support team and propose corrective actions when risks for over or under stock or other customer related issues are observed.
Align with sales organisation and, among others, decide on actions when backorder situations occur.
CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
An interest in health care and medical device industry
Good IT knowledge preferably experience from working with SAP, Excel or similar systems.
Experience from customer service, administration or coordinating position
Team player
Solution oriented with good attention to detail
Communication skills
Good Swedish and English (verbal and writing)
Experience of working within the Medical Devices Industry, clinical work or operation room experience is an advantage but not mandatory
