Grid & Power Quality Solutions are hiring a Localization Manager for the Power Quality (FACTS) Business with focus to secure future growth and success. In this role you will lead localization projects and work both locally and globally with different stakeholders from the business. You will report directly to the Manager of Global Center of Competence for Power Quality Solutions and work in a team that have a passion for innovation and technology. This is a challenging and rewarding role with many opportunities to shape our future business and organization.
This role is based in Västerås, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate localization efforts in line with the global strategy
Develop and manage the localization strategy, roadmap, and budget for Power Quality
Take active part of globally allocating our products and supply chain processes
Map process gaps, support the roll-out of processes as per localization efforts
Roll out localization tasks to the different functions and follow-up on agreed actions
Set expectations and ensure that all stakeholders understand what it takes to complete localization
Maintains relationships and ensure efficient workflows in global organization
Your requirements
Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality
Previous experience as a project manager and/or line manager, preferably within engineering, or previous similar assignments with supporting global build-up and localization
Strong ability to influence others, coordinate work tasks and communicate clearly to stakeholders
Analytical mindset and experience of using data to inform about localization decisions
Experience of rolling out technical know-how/processes/and developing supplier base to different countries
Described as a structured person with great perseverance in order to achieve results
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or from another relevant field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
