We are hiring a location HR Business Partner to join the team at Power Transformers at Hitachi Energy in Ludvika, Sweden. The key purpose of the HR team is to help Hitachi Energy stand out when it comes to our people - from leadership, performance and talent management to rewards and career opportunities. In all that we do, we seek to create competitive advantage by dedicating resources to attracting, developing, and retaining talented individuals who are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative and driven.
In this role you will provide on-location HR support to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance. We are looking to strengthen the HR competencies within our production and are therefore looking for you who has an interest in this field. You will report directly to the Head of HR at Power Transformers and collaborate with other HR-colleagues in the company.

Your responsibilities
Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people, and organization
Partner with managers and employees to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies
Ensure strong labor-and key stakeholder relationships
Further develop and improve HR to meet local business needs and global strategies
Prepare HR reports, statistics, and work with keeping the HR processes structured and updated
Identify short-and long-term solutions for competence development, in line with our diversity & inclusion ambitions
Provide coaching and support to management around key people management activities (e.g., performance management, succession planning, employee relations, talent management, learning and development and recruitment)
Collaborate with Payroll, Talent and Learning, Compensation and Benefits functions to provide solutions and support for employees and managers
Your background
A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in an HR related field as well as experience working in a similar area
Knowledge of local Swedish labor market, legislation, and policies
Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with different stakeholders through your communication, negotiating and influencing skills
An out-of-the-box mindset to develop new HR initiatives and provide innovative solutions to the business
You have a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple demands
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
