Position description:
We are looking for an Order coordinator within Order Management situated in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The function manages the production order book and the Order Coordinator is responsible for its own market(s)/region(s) in cooperation with colleagues in the team. You will work in a cross functional network within the company.
The main tasks within the new vacancy is to support the team with customer order production.
Main Tasks
• Prioritize customer orders.
•Identify and conduct actions to fill up the production order book before Last Day of Order Change -3(LDOC-3).
• Monitor order intake and capacities in ordering system ARO.
• Investigate opportunities to increase order intake by close collaboration with plant Supply chain coordination for its component area.
• Drive initiatives within component area with objective to increase knowledge and control of order situation.
• Process national sales companies’ (NSC) order book requests for concerned market(s)/region(s).
• Enabling internal customer (Production Planning) to make the fixed plan day after Last Day of Order Change (LDOC).
• Drive order scheduling activities in the monthly Program process (MPS).
• Analyze Production order book situation at LDOC and create input to weekly management report.
• Identify and drive ARO requirements, change requests and defects and support ARO testing. Identify Order scheduling related requirements in surrounding systems (e.g. Hercules, CPAM).
Skills and required experience:
Competence Requirements
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Green belt certification.
• English in spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge in Order management.
• Understanding of the Program process, Production planning process and Supply chain process and material restrictions.
• Understanding of the Distribution process.
• Good Business acumen and holistic view.
• Administrative skills.
• Service minded and communicates clearly and concisely.
• Ability to co-operate both within own department and with other functions, group oriented team player.
• Ability to take own initiatives in order to identify and solve issues, thinks through and recommends solutions when raising an issue.
• Analytical with the ability to summarize large amounts of information.
