Job Summary:
This role is responsible for;
• purchasing products from our nominated suppliers
• Ordering for LMP warehouses & inventory planning and invoice control
• responsible for ensuring optimized inventory for our partners so that we reach our service levels and that no overstock or out of stock occurs
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in updating relevant Customer / Vendors / Articles and prepare other logistic parameters such as Schedule, lead time, MOQ etc. to enable efficient MRP in our IT system
• Responsible for order products from our nominated suppliers with regards to forecasts, stock balances and lead times
• Monitor deliveries of goods to stock and IT systems, keep control of stock levels, and ensure healthy and sellable stock.
• Return handling of outgoing assortment
• Approve, correct, handle claims regarding quantity and price information on invoices from suppliers as well as in our IT system
• Working with monitoring / control of external warehouses in accordance with established procedures.
• Responsible of order procedure from LMP Warehouses
• Making regular reconciliations of our partners' orders to ensure that the orders follow the min / max
• inventory planning
• Continuously monitor and assess the quality of data from external storage and if necessary, take action to improve it
• Provide our partners with MasterData information and order form
• Invoice control
• Monitor and ensure that we have all necessary KPI to measure and follow our business both internal and external
• Prepare materials for analysis and follow-up for supplier or customer meetings
• Assist in the efforts to develop tools to simplify the work of the department as well as helping to develop controls to ensure the quality of what we deliver
• Perform other tasks as applicable within supply chain planning and other associated areas in the company
Qualifications
Service-oriented, Analytical, creative, Stress-resistant, Accurate, Quick to learn, Team player, Flexible, Pedagogical and good communicator
Education: University within Supply Chain – Logistics
Language: Fluent in English and Swedish
Other Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX
