Job Summary:

 This role is responsible for;


• Call-off of products from nominated suppliers.
• Order and delivery for LMP warehouses, inventory planning and invoice control
• Ensuring optimized inventory levels to reach targets service levels

 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Update relevant customer / vendor / article data and prepare other logistic parameters such as Schedule, lead time, MOQ etc. in MRP/IT systems


• MRP and ordering of products from nominated suppliers based on forecasts, stock balances, lead times and other relevant parameters
• Monitor deliveries of goods to stock and IT systems, keep control of stock levels, and ensure healthy and sellable stock.
• Return handling of outgoing assortments
• Approve, update and handle claims regarding quantity and price information on invoices from suppliers as well as in IT systems
• LMP warehouse management in accordance with established procedures
• Responsible for order procedure from LMP Warehouses
• Regular reconciliation of pull orders (where applicable) to ensure that the orders follow the min / max.
• Planning/calculation and placing of push orders (where applicable)
• Inventory monitoring and planning
• Continuously monitor and assess quality of data from LMP warehouses and if necessary, take action to improve it
• Provide LMPs with MasterData information and order form.
• Invoice control
• Monitor and analyze relevant supply chain KPIs
• Prepare materials for analysis and follow-up for supplier or customer meetings
• Contribute to development of tools and processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Perform other tasks as applicable within supply chain planning and other associated areas in the company

 

Qualifications

Education: University within Supply Chain – Logistics

Language: Fluent in English and Swedish

Technical Skills:  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX
