Logistic Lead to Ferring Nordics

Your Mission
The Logistic Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all products required by “customers” are available with the right level of inventory in order to achieve budget/business targets of marketing, sales, finance and operations. Ensure good and smooth coordination between the department and all internal and external customers are in its mission too, all of it at Nordic level. You will additionally in this role be a key player in the continuing cluster transformation journey taking place within Nordics.

Main responsibilities
As the Logistic Lead you will drive the demand review and supply review together with regional Sales & Operations. You will setup and drive the internal Nordic cluster Sales & Operations process and ensure key outputs are transformed inte a clear long term level demand forecast for the Nordics portfolio. Identifying and implementing process improvements across the Nordics cluster is one of your key duties. You are a central point of contact for quality issues and plan of action for recall, quality investigation to make sure distribution quality issues are solved. You will also support the new SAP project implementation and distribution network changes for all matters related to product supply, stock management and interfaces with our Logistic and Warehouse Operator.

The role reports to Nordics Finance Director and is located in Malmö.

Qualifications
You have probably a technical degree and a good understanding of manufacturing/logistic processes and supply chain. You have experience from multinational and matrix companies as well as project management, new distribution setups and cluster implementations. You are skilled in professional business English, both spoken and written and familiar with ERP-systems and MS Office.
